KZN -Durban Internation Boat Show

After a number of years we are bringing it back, in conjunction with Jozi Promotions, we are bring the best boat show back to Durban. We will have food, boats, personal water craft and lots and lots of sun.

The Durban International Boat Show is a premier maritime event that brings together boating enthusiasts, industry professionals, and exhibitors from around the world. The show offers a spectacular showcase of luxury yachts, powerboats, fishing vessels, and the latest in marine technology and equipment. With a picturesque marina setting, it serves as a hub for networking, exploring innovations, and experiencing the best of the boating lifestyle.

KZN – Greening Inkandla Municipality

Develop two new open parks within the town of Nkandla.  This project includes site clearance, earth works, tree planting in both parks and in the town, grass planting, concrete paving, ablution facilities, fencing and gates, picnic sets, benches, bins, a band-stand in the main park, playing equipment and ecogym, action sports facility in the central park, irrigation, boreholes and infrastructure connections.

KZN – OADC Datacenter Solar Upgrade

Add 1MW of Solar power to the new OADC Datacenter in Durban. Project manager installation of both high voltage and low voltage infrastructure install, panel and new DB boards in this exciting project.

  1. Solar Power Installation:
    • Installation of solar panels to generate 1MW of electricity.
    • Implementation of solar inverters, monitoring systems, and energy management tools.
    • Integration of solar power with the existing power grid and backup systems.
  2. High Voltage and Low Voltage Infrastructure:
    • Install and configure high voltage (HV) and low voltage (LV) infrastructure.
    • Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards.
    • Perform testing and commissioning for all electrical components.
  3. Panel and Distribution Board Installation:
    • Install new electrical panels and distribution boards (DBs) to handle solar energy distribution.
    • Implement necessary protective measures to ensure electrical safety.

GA – The Parks Internet and Solar Upgrade

Upgrade and enhance internet connectivity to ensure reliable and high-speed access across The Parks. Implement a sustainable solar power system to reduce energy costs and environmental impact. Provide a resilient backup power supply to maintain connectivity during outages.

  1. Internet Upgrade:
    • Installation of high-speed fiber optic cables and network infrastructure.
    • Upgrade of routers, switches, and access points.
    • Configuration of network security protocols and firewall systems.
    • Testing and optimization to ensure seamless connectivity.
  2. Solar Power Installation:
    • Assessment of current energy consumption.
    • Installation of solar panels on rooftops or designated areas.
    • Setup of inverters, batteries, and monitoring systems.
    • Connection to the existing power grid and backup system.
  3. Testing and Commissioning:
    • Conducting system tests to ensure full functionality.
    • Providing training to relevant personnel on system management and monitoring.

Specialist Consulting Services

Current Projects

Leeds Project Managers have been appointed by the KwaZulu Natal Provincial Treasury to lead a team of 30 professionals to provide specialist technical services to numerous Municipalities across the KZN Province. The intervention is focused on improving the delivery of infrastructure at these municipalities, mentoring the officials and developing procedures and processes to expedite the delivery of these projects.

The technical services being offered are supported with a specialist in Supply Chain Management and we have developed a web-based reporting system to monitor and control the progress of this intervention service.

The team has been identified as the “Crack Team” with a specific mandate of expediting delivery and ensuring that projects are providing value for money.

Songimvelo Nature Reserve Project

Current Projects

The development of an upmarket lodge at the Songimvelo Nature Reserve, a nature reserve in the east of Mpumalanga Province and on the border with Swaziland. This project is near completion and it shall be handed over to an operator that has extensive experience in managing lodges in both South, Southern and other parts of Africa.

The project entails the upgrading of 11km of gravel track from the Reserve’s entrance gate to the lodge site. The lodge site is perfectly positioned on the banks of the Komati River with spectacular views of the natural bush and roaming game.

A 20-bed guest accommodation facility in 10 beautifully constructed chalets, a central lodge with recreational facilities and accommodation for staff to operate the lodge.
